Employee screening is done before starting work each day by completing the form linked to the Home Screen on the iPad. Employees must complete this screening before beginning work. All questions in the form are required.
If you are experiencing COVID symptoms that are new, getting worse or unexplained please alert your co-workers and stay home.
As customers are not permitted to enter the inside space, no customer screening is required.
2. Physical Distancing
Customers waiting in line to order must maintain physical distancing from persons not in their household. That means customers may need to wait outside of the covered Waiting Area before ordering. Employees may request that customers or Uber drivers maintain distance or wait outside if needed. There should be no more than 4 people in the covered Waiting Area.
3. Masks and Face Coverings
All employees must wear a mask or face covering in a manner that covers their nose, mouth and chin while preparing food. Disposable masks will be provided to employees and kept in stock.
Employees shall put the plexiglass divider in place prior to the start of every day.
Customers and Uber drivers in our covered Waiting Area must wear a mask or face covering in a manner that covers their nose, mouth and chin. Staff shall request that any customers not wearing a mask re-enter when they are masked. Employees may offer a disposable mask to a customer who does not have one.
4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Not necessary as customers and employees wear masks, we have a plexiglass divider, and customers are not permitted in the interior of the restaurant.
5. Hand Hygiene and Respiratory Etiquette
Hand sanitizer will be provided for customers when they utilize the card machine.
Staff must clean their hands on a regular basis using good protocol (15-30 seconds of washing). Staff must avoid touching their faces and must wash their hands when they do. Bobbie Sue’s will ensure adequate supply of soap and paper towels for staff use.
6. Cleaning and Disinfecting
For the safety of our employees, customers may not access the interior of the restaurant or washrooms. Employees shall sign off on the sanitizing checklist every day.
Employees shall disinfect the card machine after each use using disinfectant spray.
Customers are not permitted to handle condiments, employees will apply any condiments as needed. Staff will provide forks to customers when needed.
